Cukrowicz Nachbaur combined retained historic fabric with a new museum volume beside the lake. Repeated concrete casts derived from bottle bases animate the facade, while a large upper-level window offers a different relationship between the museum’s interior and the surrounding landscape. Visiting: The museum is ticketed; the facade with its relief of cast bottle bases can be seen freely from Kornmarktplatz.
