Torre Mayor

Zeidler Partnership Architects; Adamson Associates · Mexico City, Mexico · 2003

Torre Mayor is a major office tower on Mexico City's Paseo de la Reforma. Completed in 2003, the building was designed by Zeidler Partnership Architects with Adamson Associates. Its tall glazed body and substantial structural engineering respond to both the commercial skyline and the seismic conditions of the city. The tower can be studied from the surrounding public streets, where its relationship with Chapultepec and later high-rises explains how this section of Reforma developed as a concentrated district of contemporary office architecture. Visiting: An operating private office tower. View from public streets. Interior access is controlled.
