The Interlace

OMA / Ole Scheeren; RSP Architects · Singapore, Singapore · 2013

The Interlace replaces the usual arrangement of residential towers with stacked, interconnected blocks. The composition creates large communal courts and a varied skyline across a substantial site. Its architecture treats the spaces between buildings as a major part of the housing programme, linking shared landscape, circulation and the identity of the overall development. Visiting: Private residential property. View from public streets only; interior entry requires permission. No public admission ticket is offered.
