The Grove at Grand Bay

The Grove at Grand Bay is a pair of twisting residential towers in Miami’s Coconut Grove. The towers rotate as they rise, giving the apartments varied orientations, wide terraces, and views toward Biscayne Bay. The project updates the tropical high-rise typology by combining sculptural massing with deep balconies, lush landscaping, and an elevated residential experience. Its movement is highly visible from the street, making the buildings stand out among Miami’s many luxury towers. For architectural visitors, the project is a useful example of BIG’s interest in making tower form respond to climate, view, and lifestyle rather than simply repeating stacked floor plates.
