Peter Marino’s mixed-use building combines residences and art spaces in a layered glass-and-metal composition beside the High Line. Its offset volumes respond to the scale of neighboring buildings and the elevated park. The gallery uses below the residences connect private development with Chelsea’s cultural setting.
