Roman and Williams gave this apartment building a richly textured green terra-cotta exterior with copper window surrounds. Its vertical composition and finely detailed materials draw on early New York apartment houses while occupying a prominent position immediately beside the High Line. Visiting: Exterior viewing from public streets and the High Line is free. This is a privately used residential building; apartments and amenities are not open for general visits.
