Robert A. M. Stern Architects designed this residential tower with red brick, limestone and metal detailing that reference West Chelsea’s industrial heritage. Projecting masonry and generous bay windows give the facade depth. Olson Kundig designed the interiors, bringing a different architectural approach to the same project. Visiting: Exterior viewing from public streets and the High Line is free. This is a privately used residential building; apartments and amenities are not open for general visits.
