Museum of Contemporary Art Belgrade

Ivan Antić; Ivanka Raspopović · Belgrade, Serbia · 1965

Ivan Antić and Ivanka Raspopović designed the museum as a cluster of interlocking volumes in a riverside park. The roof forms and connected gallery levels create a flexible setting for modern art, while the exterior maintains a clear relationship with the open landscape around it. Visiting: Entry is ticketed; the crystalline building can be seen freely from the park at the Sava–Danube confluence.
