Gigon/Guyer organized the museum as a group of simple glazed volumes within Davos. Gallery rooms and connecting spaces receive different kinds of light, while the restrained composition creates a clear setting for Kirchner’s work without competing with the surrounding Alpine landscape. Visiting: The museum is ticketed; its glass-clad pavilions can be seen freely from the park.
