Haus am Horn

Georg Muche; Adolf Meyer · Weimar, Germany · 1923

This experimental Bauhaus house places a central living space within a compact arrangement of smaller rooms. Its restrained exterior and coordinated interior design tested new ideas about domestic organization, construction and furnishings within a modest standalone dwelling. Visiting: Entry is ticketed; the house and its garden plot can be seen from the street Am Horn.
