Forum Groningen
NL Architects · Groningen, Netherlands · 2019
NL Architects gathered a library, exhibition spaces, cinemas and public facilities within a faceted urban volume. A tall internal circulation space links the different levels, culminating in a roof terrace that extends the building’s role from cultural venue to viewpoint over Groningen. Visiting: Free to enter, including the rooftop terrace with views over the city; the cinema is ticketed.
