FOCSA Building

The FOCSA complex combines a large residential slab with commercial and service functions at its base. Its scale and modernist structural rhythm transformed the surrounding Vedado skyline, illustrating a different model of urban living from Havana’s lower historic neighborhoods. Visiting: Residential tower in Vedado, best seen from Calle 17 and the Malecón. The apartments are private.
