Federation Tower

Federation Tower is the dominant paired composition within Moscow International Business Centre. Two tapering glass towers rise from a common podium and incline subtly toward each other, creating a recognizable twin-sail silhouette. The complex combines offices, apartments, observation and commercial uses at a scale that helped redefine Moscow’s post-Soviet skyline. Completed in 2017 after a long construction period, it became the tallest building in Europe at the time and remains one of the clearest architectural expressions of Moscow City’s ambition to create a new high-rise financial district.
