OMA grouped overlapping towers on a shared base to create a dense mixed-use building on the Wilhelminapier. Its shifted volumes change in appearance from different viewpoints, while the combination of offices, housing and hotel functions gives the project the scale of a compact urban district. Visiting: Best seen from the Erasmus Bridge and the opposite bank of the Maas. The hotel lobby and restaurants inside are open to the public.
