Edvard Ravnikar integrated a major cultural and congress center with Ljubljana’s civic core. Much of the program is arranged below the surrounding public level, while foyers, performance halls and open spaces connect the building to the larger urban composition. Visiting: Performances are ticketed; the stone-clad exterior frames Republic Square and can be seen freely.
