Bauhaus Museum Dessau
Addenda Architects · Dessau, Germany · 2019
Addenda Architects placed a transparent museum enclosure in the city park. A large enclosed exhibition volume sits within the glass envelope, separating the light-sensitive collection from the more open public spaces and making that contrast visible in the building’s overall composition. Visiting: Ticketed museum visit; confirm current opening dates and combined-ticket options with the Bauhaus operator.
