The original gallery’s historic frontage is combined with a major contemporary extension by FJMT and Archimedia. The newer timber canopies and connections to Albert Park create a layered relationship between landscape, public circulation and the retained nineteenth-century building. Visiting: General admission is free; some special exhibitions are ticketed.
