Isozaki's arts complex is organized around a public plaza and marked by a 100-meter twisting tetrahedral tower assembled from repeating titanium-clad units. The concert hall, theatre and gallery are given distinct identities while the tower turns the institution into an unmistakable piece of urban iconography.
