Kohn Pedersen Fox organized this office tower around a strong dark facade grid that references the rhythm of cast-iron buildings. Setbacks and a planted terrace moderate its mass. It stands beside the Hudson Yards subway entrance at the northern end of the High Line area. Visiting: Exterior viewing from public streets and the High Line is free. This is a privately used building; interior access requires permission, a hotel reservation or a relevant business visit.
