COOKFOX’s office building places planted terraces and outdoor circulation beside the High Line’s Chelsea Thicket. Dark terra-cotta, zinc and large industrial-style windows connect the new workplace to its surroundings. The layered greenery extends the visual presence of the park into the building’s facade. Visiting: Exterior viewing from public streets and the High Line is free. This is a privately used building; interior access requires permission, a hotel reservation or a relevant business visit.
