Thomas Juul-Hansen organized this residential development as two buildings separated by the High Line. A shared connection beneath the park links the halves. Large metal-framed windows and a restrained facade reinterpret the industrial loft character of West Chelsea at the scale of new apartments. Visiting: Exterior viewing from public streets and the High Line is free. This is a privately used residential building; apartments and amenities are not open for general visits.
